Dr. Mavis Ofe is an internationally recognized AI Governance Leader, cybersecurity executive, author, educator, entrepreneur, and international keynote speaker dedicated to helping organizations build secure, resilient, and responsibly governed IT and AI systems. Through consulting, executive advisory, and professional education, she helps organizations strengthen cybersecurity, manage emerging technology risks, and adopt Artificial Intelligence responsibly while maintaining Meaningful Human Control, accountability, and trust.

As the Founder and CEO of Eyongest Technology Group LLC, Dr. Ofe leads initiatives in AI governance, cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), third-party risk management, cloud security, AI risk management, executive advisory, and workforce development. Her mission is to prepare organizations and the people who power them for the age of Artificial Intelligence.

Beyond corporate leadership, Dr. Ofe is the Founder of MentorMa, a global leadership and mentorship platform, and Co-Founder of MaMiMa Global Foundation, a nonprofit organization advancing education, technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and community empowerment for children, youth, women, and underserved communities worldwide.

A passionate educator and author, Dr. Ofe has written multiple books on Artificial Intelligence, AI governance, leadership, and empowerment, including the Guardians of Tomorrow children’s series, which prepares young people to understand AI, not just use it and Unstoppable: The Rise of Africa’s Daughters, celebrating resilience, leadership, and women’s empowerment.

Working closely with executive leadership, Eva transforms strategic vision into measurable outcomes by strengthening governance, optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful delivery of client services and organizational initiatives. Her expertise helps position Eyongest Technology Group for sustainable growth while supporting its mission of helping organizations build secure, resilient, and responsibly governed IT and AI systems.

With extensive experience in business strategy, enterprise operations, risk management, agile transformation, and organizational change, Eva brings a structured, results-oriented approach to solving complex business challenges. She excels at aligning people, processes, and technology to improve organizational performance, support digital transformation, and drive continuous improvement.
